Gift Wrapping:: We wrap all our shipments. Everyone deserves a beautiful lellow package in the mail. Try it, we know you'll love it.
365 Day Return Policy:: lellow wants you to be delighted with any purchase made from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your unused unopened package to us and upon inspection of the product we'll refund the purchase to the method of payment made. No questions asked!

If the return is required due to a manufacturing defect, return shipping will also be credited to your card. If this is the case, please contact us prior to return and we will arrange for shipping.
Taxes:: British Columbia residents are subject to the same GST and PST on purchases other then clothing, books and car seats and 5% GST on all products. Customers outside of BC are charged only GST. Customers who are ordering internationally are not subject to any Canadian taxes.
